Enclosed and pedestrian, spreading over more than 15,000 m2, the Quartier des Serres was built with a view to innovatively enhance the Domaine de Labourdonnais’ heritage. It offers additional spaces for commercial activities and offices, while preserving the beautiful nature and authenticity of the site.

In August 2021, DDL requests Beyond Communications’ help in conceptualising various communications tools for the launch of its last development project: the Quartier des Serres.

Challenge: Ensuring the successful launch of Quartier des Serres while navigating the complexities brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic.

First things first, adapting the design of the key visual to produce email signatures, flyers and adverts, promoting the Quartier des Serres’ new identity.

This mission is closely followed by the creation of a brochure, destined to the Quartier des Serres’ future tenants. Our Copywriters and Graphic Designers work in close collaboration with our Project Manager – Com’, tasked to coordinate the whole project and ensure the liaison between the client and her colleagues.

Using the brochure as a guideline, our colleagues from the design & production department develop a landing page for the Quartier des Serres. Our Copywriters also chip in here again, proofreading, optimising and translating all content.

What better way to complement these communication tools, than a promotional video presenting the Quartier des Serres’ vision and objective!? Check it out!

It’s now time to launch the Quartier des Serres’ Facebook page, which our digital team feeds with attractively colourful posts presenting the evolution of the Quartier des Serres and introducing the various businesses making the place home. A Google ads strategy is also implemented to generate leads and widen the reach.

Last but not least, the PR campaign. Press communiqués, media relations, media monitoring… Our PR Executive is rather busy!
