Moroil Bioil Box campaign

A slick future for Mauritius

For Moroil and Bio Oil, Beyond Communications developed a communication campaign dedicated to the collection and recycling of used cooking oil and PET bottles.

The objective was clear: to raise awareness among households, retailers, restaurateurs, hotels and Moroil employees about the importance of this simple gesture, while highlighting Moroil’s environmental commitment and Bio Oil’s role in the initiative.

Designed as an eco-conscious campaign with no flyers, the activation relied on digital formats, educational content, infographics, press communication, internal messaging and regular impact tracking.

We also imagined a strong key visual: an hourglass filled with oil instead of sand, built around a simple and memorable message — “Kan so ler inn fini, retourn li.” A way of reminding people that once oil has served its purpose, it should not be thrown away, but returned for recycling.

At the heart of the project was one goal: to make recycling more visible, easier to understand and easier to adopt.
