MUA Annual Report 2024

For the past five years, we have been working with MUA on the design and production of its annual report, building a long term collaboration focused on expressing the brand’s identity and positioning across Mauritius and Africa.

In 2022, the project took a more distinctive direction, with a design rooted in the company’s African DNA. Traditional patterns and bold colours became central to the visual language, bringing a stronger sense of identity to the report.

Our work covered project management, design and layout, printing and production, as well as the development of an interactive microsite. Each element was designed to reflect MUA’s presence across the continent, while keeping the document clear, structured and easy to navigate.

The design balances corporate clarity with cultural expression. Patterns inspired by African textiles and visual arts run through the pages, creating a consistent visual rhythm and reinforcing the brand’s positioning.

Beyond print, the microsite extends the experience into a digital format, offering a more immersive way to explore the content.

This approach led to the report being nominated in the “Financial Publication” category at the Flame Awards 2023.
