Fake Deadline

Rolling… with self-mockery

We imagined a film that twists the codes of contemporary documentaries, with an aesthetic inspired by Netflix productions: face-to-camera interviews, controlled tension, immersive editing, and a serious, almost investigative atmosphere… all to talk about something we experience almost daily in agency life.

The film opens with a mysterious hook. The testimonials feel credible. The tone is serious. The staging builds real tension. Then, little by little, something starts to feel off. A subtle gap appears between the very serious form and the increasingly absurd substance.

This carefully controlled narrative shift leads to a final reveal that reframes the entire story and surprises the viewer, turning a familiar agency situation into a piece of fiction.
